Our initial focus includes matters involving Spanish and European Union law for U.S.-based individuals and organizations, international legal coordination and the development of selected projects addressing specific cross-border needs.
Where a matter requires advice or representation governed by United States law, the project is intended to operate through cooperation with attorneys duly licensed in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
Future stages may also include the appropriate professional authorization for the Managing Partner to advise on Spanish and European Union law from the United States, subject at all times to the applicable regulatory and professional requirements.
